Meet the colourista Samantha, known as "Colour and chat with Sammie", on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube. She has always loved to colour, but started to use it as an escape from chronic pain some years ago. In this episode we talk about how it started, what it is about colouring that is so great for people with pain, why she loves the colouring community, colour alongs and to colour faces, but not fur.
